In the same vein as in the video above, I will start an “interactive kibitzing session” next Thursday, at noon (Eastern time zone in the US). Here is how it will work: I will go to a local bridge club (Aloha’s, most Columbus residents know about it) with a laptop computer. I will play a match against good players, partnering Rhoda Walsh (check out her website, www.rhodasrules.com!).Anyone who is interested in meeting me there to watch the game is welcome.
I will also open a Zoom session for people who would like to watch online. I will try to field questions but it basically depends on the rhythm of the game, so I cannot offer any guarantees. If there is enough interest I can discuss the hands afterwards for 30-40 minutes or so.
I will report the results of this experiment here, of course.
