Declarer play - a delicate slam
You need to time the play well to make 12 tricks here. Don't get too greedy.
All vulnerable, in third position, you have a powerful playing hand:
AKJ96 / 2 / 3 / AQJ965
Partner opens One Diamond. Very strong hands should always be bid naturally, since this is the way to find the longest combined trump suit (which is almost always the best strain). If you start with One Spade, partner will always infer — correctly — that your spades are longer than your clubs.
So, you respond Two Clubs. Partner rebids Two Diamonds. Now is the time to show your spades with Two Spades. Partner insists on diamonds (Three Diamonds). You rebid your spades, showing five of them (and by inference six or more clubs). Partner finally admits to a preference for clubs by bidding Four Clubs.
Now, this is encouraging, since partner could have bid 3NT with some stuff in hearts; his hand is probably not completely useless for you. So you decide to simply jump to Six Clubs (using some kind of keycard ask might help with the opening lead, especially if partner responds in a red suit and East doubles — or does not double! — the response).
